Meditation gives mental relaxation and it have an impact on stress too. It reduces stress on mind and body. So many researches involved study of meditation proved that the meditators tended to remain disease free longer and also reduced their systolic blood pressure. Blood pressure is one of the significant factor for heart-attack. So, it really good to know the natural remedy to control blood pressure level. As we all know that meditation promotes good flow of blood to brain, which help reducing stress, thereby reducing blood pressure and stops the high-risk factor like heart attack.
