Swimming is the movement of a creature in water without the artificial assistance. We can call it as aqua exercise as it use natural resistance of water, which is much different than moving or rotating your hand on air. It gives lots of beneficial value with respect to the health and acts as leveller for the body. It's a fabulous workout, which is not only beneficial for the human body but it also gives a fun and enjoyment. Swimming is the best practice to take away summer heat. It can beat the summer away. In one hand, it provides the cardia benefits of running and in the other hand, it pays the way for achieving muscle toning. The health benefits of swimming is really comprehensive. We do enjoy the sporty action and taking lots of heath benefits like maintaining fitness, good exercise for lungs and heart, boosts up the energy for physical activity.

Beginners should be careful to maintain a slow and comfortable pace and should not over exert. And make sure that you maintain constant track and do not get over-stressed. The stroke or leg movement performed should not be hard for you to maintain energy level for a long time. More and more you practice this exercise the more you get stamina .
