A'm I eating smart?

Acting smart could be tough sometime but eating smart is toughest! We can have best practice of taking fiber rich foods, lots of greens and veggie salads to our daily intake. However, we shall come across situations like attending a party or a treat offered by a friend, not always but atleast once in a week. This completely drag you out of the whole week workout and diet. Though it is tough to control taste buds that runs out of control, we can choose alternatives like adding garlic and onion toppings to pizzas, taking fruit pudding or fresh juices for ice-creams, replacing deep fried for grills.
